that a 50% charge will be added to your next visit for any missed appointments without prior notice. This fee helps cover the costs associated with the reserved time and ensures fairness to all our clients.
As part of our commitment to providing exceptional service to all our clients, we want to remind you of our policy regarding missed appointments.
We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, but missed appointments can disrupt our schedule and inconvenience both our team and other clients. Therefore, we kindly request that you provide us with advance notice if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment.

We are introducing our new Orchid Membership program, offering exclusive savings on all treatments.

Silver Membership – £45 for 6 months (Monday to Friday) – 10% off most treatments
Gold Membership[+1 extra person] – £90 for 6 months (Monday to Sunday) – 15% off all treatments

Both memberships provide fantastic savings and are available for 6 months.

Important Update: The 10% discount before 2 PM will be discontinued from 18th April as we introduce this new membership program.
